The Private World of Ingmar Bergman
Photography  Shephen Shore

This is an amazing article - and a lovely set of photographs. It’s strange to see the intimate life of someone like Ingmar Bergman. It makes so much sense though - the spartan settings of his films are mirror images of the settings he dwelled in.
Also, I love the fact that he loved the Muppets and “rarely missed an episode of Sex and the City” - so unexpected! Makes him seem like less of the intense, brooding artist that his films paint him to be.
